familywize Prescription Drug Discount Card: Saves on average 30% for individuals and families with NO prescription coverage. Go to www.familywize.org or contact the United Way office at 669-3863 for a savings card. We have saved the community over $28,000.00 by implementing this card.

Ohio Benefits Bank

• The Ohio Benefit Bank (OBB) is a web-based computer program that connects low and moderate-income Ohioans with access to work supports such as tax credits and public benefits.
• To see if you qualify, go to www.obb.ohio.gov for a site near you. You may also contact New Path 937-669-1213 to set up an appointment.  As always feel free to call the United Way office for additional information 669-3863.
